Israel Alvarez is the owner/operator of Insight Pest Management, a full-service Pest and Termite Company, located in Southern California. For the last 19 years he has worked extensively in national level residential and commercial pest control with a focus on quality customer service. He believes that caring enough to educate customers and employees is a huge component of building a successful business.

In 2013, he obtained his Associate Certified Entomologist certification and followed it up in 2014 with his Pest Control Operators License before opening Insight Pest Management in January 2016. Israel serves as Vice Chair of the Pest Control Operators of California-Ventura District, is an active member of the Ventura Masonic Chapter and mentor’s other new pest control business owners.

He currently resides in Simi Valley, CA with his wife Christina and their two sons Mason (5) and Maverick (3).

First impressions are important. Krista in the main office assured me that the consultation would not pressure me to take on something I wasn’t comfortable with. Elivis Hernandez was top notch – knowledgeable, curious, and kind. Everyone I had contact at with Insight Pest Management was a pleasure to work with! Called around for different quotes after recently moving out and finding the previous renters didn’t notify the landlord of a roach infestation. All the other places we called had ridiculous contracts and first time fees, along with bad reviews. We decided to go with Insight and we’re very happy with the results so far. The first visit we had Setton Wheat who was very good and helped ease our anxiety. After the first treatment we noticed a huge reduction in activity, then the second treatment we had Steven Lovio who was also very good. They both showed up on time and were very thorough, gave us good advice to manage the problem and helped us a ton by going above and beyond our expectations. Since the second treatment we feel like we can actually live more comfortably as there’s been almost no activity since. Especially with how severe our issue was we were worried we’d need to tent the house, but having these two experienced techs come out and do such a good job has kept us from needing to do that. I’ll definitely recommend using this company for your pest treatment and management as they guarantee their results and the reviews speak for themselves. You won’t get the same quality as you would with big companies like Terminex either, especially if you see the reviews for other companies like that. Thank you all so much for the help and I look forward to continuing business with you all!

I am new with Insight Pest Management and so far, so great!😀

This is a very well run and efficient company. I received a text prior to my technician coming out stating the time window he would be at the house. He was very punctual.

After he left I received an e-mail with a detailed report stating the time he arrived and left, exactly what he did, suggestions of activity to look for, and the materials used in both the sprayer and rodent stations.

I later called the office and spoke with Krista about my work order just to get clarification regarding what was stated in it. She was patient, kind and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would!🥳

Roaches !! UGH!!! the last thing you want in your home! but if you have them, the first person you want to call is Setton W. with Insight Pest Management. He took his time to investigate possible points of entry in every inch of my kitchen and bathrooms. He carefully moved everything out of the way and proceeded to treat the rooms, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. He gave me thorough instructions on what I should do after the treatment. He was conscientious, polite, and thorough. Thank you Sutton!

Their service was the best! We were having a major ant problem, and they were able to come out quickly and take care of it. Insight pest management was a great experience, they took care of all my pest issues I had and was very professional and punctual and knowledgeable, they educated me on the problem I had and took care of it immediately. Haven’t had any issues since. Krista and Raeanne in the office was amazing and will recommend insight pest management to everyone I know that needs a great pest control company.

We just had a guy named Tim come by and seal up some places he determined mice were coming in our house. He was a terrific guy to have him do the job. He came by the previous day and did a free inspection and took his time to find the places that he thought should be sealed … I would not have found those places. The price for him sealing up those holes was really fair and I feel that we’re not gonna have much of a problem anymore. I definitely would recommend insight pest management. I picked them because of so many great reviews I saw and I guess this will just be another great review!🙂

Their operations manager went above and beyond over the weekend for extra information we needed for inspection reports. They understand the demands of real estate transactions and will work with escrow companies. Would highly recommend.
