Israel Alvarez is the owner/operator of Insight Pest Management, a full-service Pest and Termite Company, located in Southern California. For the last 19 years he has worked extensively in national level residential and commercial pest control with a focus on quality customer service. He believes that caring enough to educate customers and employees is a huge component of building a successful business.

In 2013, he obtained his Associate Certified Entomologist certification and followed it up in 2014 with his Pest Control Operators License before opening Insight Pest Management in January 2016. Israel serves as Vice Chair of the Pest Control Operators of California-Ventura District, is an active member of the Ventura Masonic Chapter and mentor’s other new pest control business owners.

He currently resides in Simi Valley, CA with his wife Christina and their two sons Mason (5) and Maverick (3).

Setton Wheat at Insight Pest Control is a top notch, termite technician! He was not only professional and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about both subterranean and wood termites. Setton took the time to explain the entire treatment process in detail, ensuring we understood every step he would be taking, both inside and outside of our home. Insight was wonderful. Israel, Nathan and the other technician were excellent. They solved my bee problem. I was very anxious because I had called 5 other companies who either didn’t respond or told me they could not fix the issue. I am so thankful that the bees are all gone!

Elvis is very professional and hard working. We had rats coming into our home and he did an inspection and found all the holes they were coming in through. He covered them with wire mesh and set traps. He was great to work with and did a great job!

We started seeing black widows around the house. We called IPM, they were able to get us on their calendar for later in the week. Tim was very nice, knowledgeable, thorough and careful with our outdoor furniture and not to spray any of the herbs and veggies.

THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE!
I’ve had bug service at my Home of 25 years for over five years. For some reason, this year I had roaches in my kitchen. Have no clue where they came from. The bug service That I use had no clue how to get rid of them. Unfortunately, I cut ties with that company and found insight online. I gave them a call and they set up a service right away. They first identified the Type of roaches that were in my kitchen. I was floored. I didn’t even know there were different types of roaches because I’ve never had roaches before. Once they did that they had me clear out all the cabinets and pantry and came to my house a few days later and eradicated them! I was amazed. They did not have to come back, but they do offer a follow up service due to baby eggs potentially hatching days after the extermination. All of this information I learned from them. They were very forthcoming with information. They accepted every call that I made. They were very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve since fired the company that I was with and hired them for monthly service. ( In which they actually come every two months). I cannot be happier. Love the service, love Elvis and Raeanne and look forward to doing business with them.
