Our technician Setton was on time, professional and knowledgeable about the pest issues we were addressing. All in all a very positive experience and will definitely use Insight again for my Camarillo home.

Absolutely love insight pest management! We have been using the bi-monthly service for about a year now, and we just had our first summer without ants in the house! Brandon did an AMAZING job, he is so knowledgable and was able to find and destroy 5 different ant colonies hidden around our 1 acre property. When we have seen bugs or ants in between the bi-monthly service they have sent out a pro to our house to treat the problem free of change. We couldn't be happier with this company and the service they provide.

I was scared to death! Silly, I know. but that is the truth! Danny was so nice and helpful and patient with me!!!!! He could not have been better!!! All good at my house now, thanks to Danny! I am so appreciative!

I got four other quotes before finding Insight and I was so glad a friend had recommended them. Israel came out for the inspection and he was so knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. Insight gave me the best price and the best peace of mind. Their subcontractor did not break any roof tiles, which is not something that can be guaranteed, but of all the companies I reached out to, they were the only one who said they would try their best to be careful. Insight also sent the best carpenter Miguel for wood repair; Miguel was thorough and diligent. Krista, the coordinator, was extremely friendly, communicated well, and was a great help in explaining things to someone going thru fumigation for the first time. I highly recommend Insight to friends and to anyone who asks.

I am a local realtor and asked for a recommendation on a Pest Control company for my home personally this time! I got a text saying “call Israel”. I called and he was great! He had his team reach out immediately and we scheduled. Setton came out. He was on time, very nice. Listened and did a walk around with me. He then took his time, got every spiderweb and more. He sprayed a lot! Moved things to get in places that spiders like to live. Nothing compared to other companies I’ve had come out. Setton was professional, polite and thorough, overall great. We've been using Insight since we came to Agoura Hills in 2017. Israel and his team are wonderful. They are attentive, quick responding and so polite. We feel very taken care of. Should a critter manage to get itself caught in a trap, Insight are quick to remove it. The annual inspection is a gift, so any potential problems can be rectified before too much damage is done. I also appreciate the methods used. Humane but effective!!
