I am a local realtor and asked for a recommendation on a Pest Control company for my home personally this time! I got a text saying “call Israel”. I called and he was great! He had his team reach out immediately and we scheduled. Setton came out. He was on time, very nice. Listened and did a walk around with me. He then took his time, got every spiderweb and more. He sprayed a lot! Moved things to get in places that spiders like to live. Nothing compared to other companies I’ve had come out. Setton was professional, polite and thorough, overall great. I will be requesting that he’s the one that comes out every two months. I will be referring Israel and his team for sure!

We've been using Insight since we came to Agoura Hills in 2017. Israel and his team are wonderful. They are attentive, quick responding and so polite. We feel very taken care of. Should a critter manage to get itself caught in a trap, Insight are quick to remove it. The annual inspection is a gift, so any potential problems can be rectified before too much damage is done. I also appreciate the methods used. Humane but effective!!

Setton was amazing. He showed up on time and was very professional. He was thorough in doing a walk around with me and showing me the areas of my home that needed to be treated. He was knowledgeable about the pests I was dealing with and was able to treat my home for the particular issues I was having. came home to find a couple of dead roaches after they sprayed. guess it worked kind of. the guy was nice enough but didnt really explain what he was doing. pricing felt a little steep for what was basically a quick walk around the house. id probably call them again if i had to but im not rushing to schedule another visit.
