Had a great experience with Danny at Insight Pest Mngmt. I had a mouse in my house (might have been a rat! EWWWWW!), and anyone that knows me knows I have a deep fear of rodents! I got four other quotes before finding Insight and I was so glad a friend had recommended them. Israel came out for the inspection and he was so knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. Their subcontractor did not break any roof tiles, which is not something that can be guaranteed, but of all the companies I reached out to, they were the only one who said they would try their best to be careful. Insight also sent the best carpenter Miguel for wood repair; Miguel was thorough and diligent. Krista, the coordinator, was extremely friendly, communicated well, and was a great help in explaining things to someone going thru fumigation for the first time.
