At Insight Pest Management, we remove the existing insulation, using a truck mounted machine vacuum up all of the rodent droppings and materials, sanitize the area with a heavy duty industrial sanitizer/deodorizer, seal any new areas that became visible and then lay new, R-30/38 Rolled Batten insulation in the affected areas.       Getting jiggy with it! Rapid reproduction- an adult female rat, under the right conditions, can have as many as 15 Litters per year.
