We contacted Insight Pest Management after noticing signs of termite activity in our home. Krista was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. She also provided a number for me to send some photos of the situation, which she passed along. The service person arrived at the appointed time and carefully examined the problem. I had expected that they would recommend a tent, but he suggested trying a localized mitigation, because the termite activity appeared to be localized to our door. He carried out the procedure very carefully and explained the process as he was working. He repaired the access port and cleaned up the area as if nothing had ever happened. Fortunately the problem has been mitigated, and at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to use Insight Pest Management in the future if necessary.

Setton came out to take care of the rats that decided to take up residence in my BBQ as well as the spiders spinning webs all over the place. He arrived at the beginning of the window he provided and sent me a text when he was 20 minutes away allowing me time to get the dogs secured. I called Insight after discovering a pest/rodent issue in my garage and they sent a tech out the same day for inspection. The tech, Elvis, was great–he seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly, and went to work right away to help me.
