I’ve been using Insight pest control for a couple of years now and I really do love their services. What I do like the most is I have the same technicians so they are familiar with the property each and every time theres service. The property ground are a good size about an acre or so. Elvis and Tim are both very thorough and point things out that need attention, if there’s a vent that looks like an animal got in, or if they sees any other damages or concerns. Thank you so much to you both for keeping us as peace knowing you have top service!!!

This company is the best for pest management I’ve ever had due my little home ever! The technician named Elvis just left my property. He explained in detail all that he has done,especially where I had spider webs! Gross! The technician before him was named Setton,and he was just as thorough and polite! And, thank you to Krystal for her kindness every time I’ve called the office.

Israel came to our home on time and did a thorough inspection. He provided us with recommendations for rodent proofing our home and also discovered a termite situation. Insight’s bid for tenting was very competitive and they ended up doing the work for us. We also implemented all of Israel’s recommendations for rodent proofing. They also came and opened the ceiling after tenting to clean the insulation and we found two rats after the house was tented. They sanitized and deodorized the area. I have signed up for a monthly maintenance. Would highly recommend them and can’t thank Israel enough!

Greatest pest control company in county, I own a condo in Oxnard and have contacted 3 other pest control company in the past to help me get rid of a rat problem. None of the other pest control companies have done such an intensive job to find the entry points and seal these areas. Nate the technician for insight pest management came by and spent almost 2 hours inspecting the condo. What a true professional. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get the job done correctly.

Insight Pest Management is beyond the best bug experts I have ever talked to! I was really struggling to find professional help to understand what was going on in my RV. Most places I called wouldn’t even service RV’s! The expertise I received was astounding. The appointment did not feel rushed & everything was looked at very thoroughly. We even compared the sawdust I thought was termite droppings to photos that actually were from termites. We also compared the bugs I caught photos of to actual termites. I was even educated on what I can do to prevent bugs making homes in my rig. All of my questions were answered, above & beyond. I was so impressed, I highly recommend this business to all! The experience I had with Insight Pest Management was extraordinary. I met with the technician, Setton, to get an assessment and quote for my parents’ home. I just want to say I’m very happy with Octavio’s service he performed for me today. I had an issue with ants and he assured me the problem would be taken care of, he had a Rosemary scented spray that was pleasant to smell and took care of those little critters.
