I called Insight hoping to have someone out immediately for my parents potential bed bug situation and they made it happen the same day. Israel came out and put us all at ease. With his calm approach and thorough inspection, we were all so happy with the treatment plan.

Setton Wheat at Insight Pest Control is a top notch, termite technician! He was not only professional and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about both subterranean and wood termites. Elvis is very professional and hard working. We had rats coming into our home and he did an inspection and found all the holes they were coming in through. He covered them with wire mesh and set traps. He was great to work with and did a great job!

We started seeing black widows around the house. We called IPM, they were able to get us on their calendar for later in the week. Tim was very nice, knowledgeable, thorough and careful with our outdoor furniture and not to spray any of the herbs and veggies.

I’ve had bug service at my Home of 25 years for over five years. For some reason, this year I had roaches in my kitchen. Have no clue where they came from. The bug service That I use had no clue how to get rid of them. Unfortunately, I cut ties with that company and found insight online. I gave them a call and they set up a service right away. They first identified the Type of roaches that were in my kitchen. I was floored. I didn’t even know there were different types of roaches because I’ve never had roaches before. Once they did that they had me clear out all the cabinets and pantry and came to my house a few days later and eradicated them! I was amazed. They did not have to come back, but they do offer a follow up service due to baby eggs potentially hatching days after the extermination. All of this information I learned from them. They were very forthcoming with information. They accepted every call that I made. They were very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve since fired the company that I was with and hired them for monthly service. ( In which they actually come every two months). I cannot be happier. Love the service, love Elvis and Raeanne and look forward to doing business with them.

Called around for different quotes after recently moving out and finding the previous renters didn’t notify the landlord of a roach infestation. All the other places we called had ridiculous contracts and first time fees, along with bad reviews. We decided to go with Insight and we’re very happy with the results so far. The first visit we had Setton Wheat who was very good and helped ease our anxiety. After the first treatment we noticed a huge reduction in activity, then the second treatment we had Steven Lovio who was also very good. They both showed up on time and were very thorough, gave us good advice to manage the problem and helped us a ton by going above and beyond our expectations. Since the second treatment we feel like we can actually live more comfortably as there’s been almost no activity since. Especially with how severe our issue was we were worried we’d need to tent the house, but having these two experienced techs come out and do such a good job has kept us from needing to do that. I’ll definitely recommend using this company for your pest treatment and management as they guarantee their results and the reviews speak for themselves. You won’t get the same quality as you would with big companies like Terminex either, especially if you see the reviews for other companies like that. This is a very well run and efficient company. I received a text prior to my technician coming out stating the time window he would be at the house. He was very punctual.

After he left I received an e-mail with a detailed report stating the time he arrived and left, exactly what he did, suggestions of activity to look for, and the materials used in both the sprayer and rodent stations.

I later called the office and spoke with Krista about my work order just to get clarification regarding what was stated in it. She was patient, kind and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would!🥳

Roaches !! UGH!!! the last thing you want in your home! but if you have them, the first person you want to call is Setton W. with Insight Pest Management. He took his time to investigate possible points of entry in every inch of my kitchen and bathrooms. He carefully moved everything out of the way and proceeded to treat the rooms, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way.
