We contacted Insight Pest Management after noticing signs of termite activity in our home. Krista was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. She also provided a number for me to send some photos of the situation, which she passed along. The service person arrived at the appointed time and carefully examined the problem. I had expected that they would recommend a tent, but he suggested trying a localized mitigation, because the termite activity appeared to be localized to our door. He carried out the procedure very carefully and explained the process as he was working. He repaired the access port and cleaned up the area as if nothing had ever happened. Fortunately the problem has been mitigated, and at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to use Insight Pest Management in the future if necessary.

After dealing with ants for too long I finally decided to get help, I called insight and they sent Elvis, not only did he take care of my ant issue he also took the time to show me problem areas around my home, and give me landscape recommendations to reduce pest activity, I would definitely recommend insight pest management

Our first experience with insight pest management was good: Setton was the technician and he was extremely clear, considerate and professional.

Setton came out to take care of the rats that decided to take up residence in my BBQ as well as the spiders spinning webs all over the place. He arrived at the beginning of the window he provided and sent me a text when he was 20 minutes away allowing me time to get the dogs secured. He went out of his way to make sure the rat bait stations were in the right place and out of reach from our dogs. He was super professional and pleasant to talk with. Insight is the real deal, I highly recommend them.

Israel Alvarez came to inspect if there were any signs of rodents in our attic. He was on time for the appointment, so friendly, extremely thorough, answered all of our questions and concerns, took his time evaluating the premises, and gave us a detailed explanation of what he saw.

I called Insight after discovering a pest/rodent issue in my garage and they sent a tech out the same day for inspection. The tech, Elvis, was great–he seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly, and went to work right away to help me. Meanwhile, the pest control service I normally use still hasn’t gotten back to me after three days and two follow-up messages. Very pleased with Insight so far!

We had an ant problem in our kitchen, living room and 2 baths that we had tried to handle ourselves. After a few weeks the issues worsened so we found Insight online with excellent reviews. I agree! Even though they had a heavy schedule booked, Rayann was able to get someone out the next day. Elvis was fantastic! He was punctual, friendly, answered our many questions with good information, detail and suggestions when we asked for his opinion. He asked us good questions and did a thorough search inside and out to help us identify the sources. He then did treatments, advising us when and how to do cleanup of various areas for maximum impact. He pointed out problem spots and advised us on what to do for long-term pest deterrent so I have my to -do checklist. As part of our package, They will return in 3-4 weeks for a followup but it has only been 7 hours and I can already tell his treatment has made a HUGE impact- no ants seem to be moving around now! I’m waiting to until tomorrow to really clean for the biggest impact. THANK YOU ELVIS and RAYANN!! !!
