I recently had a spider infestation in my house and was terrified. I called Insight and spoke with Krista. She was able to ease my mind and really help me understand and navigate my options. She put me at ease with knowing the people at insight would take care of it. I’ve been having an ongoing ant issue. Two other companies came out to try to get rid of them with no luck. I called Insight Pest Management as a last resort and Krista was such a huge help. She got a tech out the same day! And it was the same cost as the other places. Insight was able to get rid of the ants and Krista added a follow up visit at no extra cost to make sure that they were really gone. I will be using them again and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Krista took my call and helped me from start to finish getting a termite inspection set up to the fumigation itself. Today, I had Insight Pest Control come to my home to help with our spider and ant problem. They gave us a 10 AM to 12 PM window, and the inspector showed up right at 10 AM sharp. He was super diligent and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for better service from Setton. The next time they come out, I will definitely be requesting him again!

Our technician, Elvis Hernandez, always arrives within his noted window of time, discusses what he plans to do, and then follows up with what he found. If we are not home during our service window, our invoice comes with detailed notes regarding our visit. Highly recommend Insight Peat Management for all your pest/rodent problems.
